WRONG PRODUCT AND NO REFUND

I have ordered 4 cotton trouser from Whaaky.com on 15/03/2016 with order no S801310650 as COD. The product is not as per the standard.
I received it on 20/03/216 around 12.00pm. They has policy of lodging a complaint within 72 hours of receipt. I am trying to call and lodge a complaint but they are not answering my call. So, i have mailed them on 21/03/2016 only, but i have not received any reply from them. I want refund and need to return the products too.
