amazon.in not fulfilling discounted order. blaming technical glitch

ordered moto g turbo costing 12500
added a promo-code which amazon accepted and gave me a discount of 7500.
for a conformation email for my order.
next day got an email from them that they canceled my order due to technical glitch.
as a consumer its not my fault the website accepted my promo-code and it gave me additional discount.
