Not providing jio fiber

I have applied for Jio fiber on 27th April 2021. They process all needed documentary procedure and I got payment link on my mobile, after completion of payment, they told mey I will get my jio fiber whole pack (set top box, OTT Subscription, free call line and internet).
Their installation person came to my address, after some time of inspection they told mey, installation could not be done today due to some technical issue, it will be installed after 4-5 days, but till now 15 may 2021, after 19 days, I didn't get my product and installation.. Kindly look after it.
