I purchased a product through an Instagram page. which has been delivered in a very pathetic condition and one size smaller and as per the seller they promised that if there is size discrepancy they will exchange it before i paid for the product now when i received the product i see it smaller in size so i requested an exchange .but unfortunately i have been waiting for almost 15 days and now they say they have to look for another buyer for that product only then they can exchange which makes no sense at all because that is not my problem i paid the amount so i should get my product
