Didn't get the product after paying on 99shoppro on insta

I ordered 3 tops on 99shoppro , they asked me to pay online , I paid rs399 , my order was confirmed on 14 December, after that I kept on messaging them for the order updates but they didn't reply. It's been 1 month 17 days since I ordered , I also asked them to refund my money , they left my message seen , today I posted on my Instagram story saying " report to this fraud acc" after watching my story they blocked me . When I searched for 99 shop Pro on Google I saw many complaints regarding the same as mentioned.
