Money not refunded by myntra

I had purchased a Men navy blue bomber jacket xl size cost Rs 1401. But due to fitness issues I return it. The product is picked up by ecom courier but my money is not refunded. When contacting to myntra customer they are not helping. And in app showing to update account details. But account details is already updated and when I am trying to update it there showing error. So please help me to get my money back.
