Lenskart Product Replacement issue received a manufactured default product

I ordered a product from lenskart bt received a manufactured default product and when i asked for the replacement of my product, they are providing me with no possible and practical solutions. Just trying to make the fool of the customer by giving some uncompromising options for my order.
Lenskart, as a whole not at all ready to solve any query of the customer and just trying to pressurize customer to withdraw their complaints and torturing him to leave this matter as a whole.
They cheated me and now not providing the complete and proper solution for me.
Please help me as soon as possible, i feel cheated and my hard earned money is all wasted as i can see now..
