Fraud ordered online products worth Rs. 995 and my bank confirmed the payment

i have ordered online products worth Rs. 995 and my bank confirmed the payment, but they say "payment failed". how can that be possible if my bank confirmed the transfer of the amount to the site..please take proper action with immediate effects.
