Greetings, team! This is in reference to complaint #CAS-21919-D1L6M. The Haldiram brand is a name of trust and is committed to customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, Haldiram has failed to maintain that line of trust and confidence this time around. Having ordered 47 boxes of sweets in bulk, I was very disappointed with the rose laddoos. A rose laddoo I tasted at Haldiram Pacific NSP mall Delhi and was promised would be delivered was not the same as what I received. I tasted and promised that the rose laddoo base would be made from cashew nuts, but the item received in all 47 boxes was made from khajoor. It was really unexpected of Haldiram to do this. I would appreciate your help in escalating this issue and finding a resolution as soon as possible. The bill was on the name of vijay kumar and manager who is already aware of this incident is Shiv.
