Orosilber delivered defective product to me after almost a month of placing the order. I filed a complaint through their customer care ID and asked them to replace it. They said to send it back but didn't mention any address and now no one is reverting back to my mails. Their customer care number is not valid.
They charged rs 1950 for that product and delivered the worst quality one can ever imagine. I ordered a black bracelet and they sent brown with defect. They even refused to refund the amount.
