i was trying to order one kurta from Pehraan.com. one of my transaction failed . my account debited 360.45 rs. but i checked that my order was not booked , it was showing pending paymentt. i thought the money will be refunded .. so i order new one . and payment succesful . but company later confirmed the previous order and had not returned failed transaction. they have send me two same dresses . with two different shipping charges. now they are not accepting return of one dress. i charged extra for no use . details of orders are follwos :
