Shopclues A mental torture. Using public money and cancel order

During the festive offer season of 15 th aug I booked a LG refrigerator order number 97024719. After 20 days shopcluesdenied delivery of product and i lost the festive offer season by that time. Also shopclues used my money for 20 days.Now i need to pay 5000 more for same fridge. I was totally frustrated as they are refunding amount without taking my concern. If they told the same thing immediately or within 2 days i would have taken advantage of offers on other shopping platform. I always recommend people not to give order on shop clues.I lost my faith over shopclues.com. I have also raised a consumer complaint and where ever i will go i will recommend not to buy anything from shopclue
