Beetel phone from one shop Sera for Poor customer service kandivali station

Dear Sir
Today I had gone to purchase one Beetel phone from one shop Sera Collection located near kandivali station west phone number
+912228629898.
To my surprise they had deliberately removed price from the boxes of Latest phone supplied in Brown box.
To my inquiry he said the prices are dropped hence they have removed actual price.

Which is not a good practice.
May I request concerned authorities to kindly look into matter,
And take suitable action against them.
Due to confrontation his manager also refused to sell me the piece,even on my request he asked me to go.
