Complaint against Flipkart regarding delivered different brand product

I ordered realme X7 5G (Nebula, 128 GB) order no OD222752989486062000 But I have got a different brand keypad phone delivered, for this I had told the company to return my product and give me a refund.But the company has blocked my account, since then I am now contacting the company.I am not able to call and email, for this I request the company do not ignore my issue and solve my problem soon I have complete proof that I got only 2 orders in my account but I don't know why the company is saying that I have ordered more I want to refund or replacement provide me Where is it written that I cannot do more returns and if it is written somewhere then tell me that I cannot do more returns If I have a problem with the products, can I not get it returned?And if I order more then no one says if I am having any problems in the products. Then you say that I have made more returns if i was wrong why would i record his video And you have also blocked my account for this, I had to tell you first that I cannot make more returns if I have any problems.So no I never shop from flipkart, I could have taken it offline also but still I took it online because They are from India and are Indian sellers, so NATO is not for me to shop from flipkart.
