Poor quality made me embarrassed in public

Dear Sir/Mam,

I bought a levis jeans worth Rs 4299 from Levi’s showroom at JHV mall in Varanasi dated 17 Dec 2020.
This jeans is losing colour on wearing for the first time and I got embarrassed in front of my guests.
Please acknowledge my problem and give me a proper solution I want to change this jeans.
