Blocked my account, I recently got a email from flipkart that my recent order has been cancelled

I recently got a email from flipkart that my recent order has been cancelled and i will no longer login to my account but the order has been cancelled by the flipkart itself cancelled my order.
i was flipkart plus member with 40 coins in my account and 10 coins in pending means it will confirm in 10 days and i will be eligible to redeem rs.1000 voucher of flipkart and can do shoping of that, but flipkart don't want to give it so that they had make my account block by giving stupid reasons.
and i come to know that many flipkart user faces the same issue of blocking of account with the same reasons.
please look forward to this as it very important to all the user who are suffering from it and some people also lose money in they flipkart account as gift card.
