Myantra.com complain refund amount not transfer to my bank a/c

ORDER NO: 1076946-0356949-8293101 has been return and a refund of rs 576 credited to my myntra credit and now i want this money to be transfer to my bank a/c but myntra refuse to do so as they are saying that you can avail this amount only on purchase with us . but i am not interested in purchasing any more due to my bad purchasing experience with myntra
