Hi,

I made a purchase worth Rs. 1137 on 31.07.2017 from Yepme app and made the online payment from Bank of India.
ORDER ID : 33812971

The products were supposed to be delivered on 6th of August, but on 7th August when I tracked, the status showed was "Ready for Dispatch".

I lodged a complaint from your app for faster delivery.
Complaint No: 3033060

On 8th of August, when I went to track the progress they showed me the order has been cancelled. I could not lodge a complaint regrading the refund as there was no option to complaint for a order that has been cancelled from your end.

There has been no email or sms stating you have cancelled the order. Your customer care does not ever receive any calls.

AND MY MONEY HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED. THIS IS A CLEAR CASE OF FRAUD AND CHEATING.

I have mailed this previously to refund@yepme.com and also lodged a complaint to the Consumer Forum. Complaint Number 391019.

Please take necessary action.
