Yepme.com Transactions are successful but no order have been placed

I have placed orders of Rs. 838/- each on 6th and 8th July through Paytm vide BILLDESKnut order # JPT25477192004 Paytm Cash Txn ID 12124686890 2017- 07-06 000:24:18 AM and through Mobikwik vide order# JMBK5483980947 DATED 08 JULY, 11:10 PNR IST respectively. Both the times the transactions were successful. However no order ids have been issued and both Paytm as well as Mobikwik have informed me that transaction with YEPME have been successful.

I have called on the customer care number several times. Each time I have to wait for long to get customer care person. If I get them luckily they have asked to wait for a moment to get the information details and they did not even get the phone next time each time.

I would like to request you to either provide me the order ids or any confirmation mail to my mail address clearly mentioning that both the transactions are not successful. I have called on both Paytm and Mobikwik and they both confirmed that the transaction with Yepme were absolutely successful.

I have lodged complaints in yepme.com and complaint numbers are :3020010 and 3020199. No response from Yepme team.

Every time when asked about the action taken against the complaint the response seems to be electronically generated like “We would like to inform you that we have forwarded your concern to our concerned department, once we will receive an update over the same we will inform it to you accordingly. In case of any further assistance and feedback, you can write us back at refund@yepme.com”.

The amount is Rs. 838/- * 2 = Rs. 1676/-.

This can be a termed as mental harassment to the consumer
