Hi Team,
I am writing this mail to inform you that I am facing a connectivity issue with my internet connection for the past three days.
Regarding this issue, I've raised multiple tickets but still, the issue is not resolved. Whenever I raised a ticket only the text message I received, our service engineer is on his way for your resolution and after some time, the ticket is closed.
None of any service engineers has ever come to resolve the issue. Here is the Complaint number - 10131867, 10269796, 10255804 for your reference.
With regards to the local service providers, those are the worst people that I've experienced. GTPL Mandvi local team is the worst team in terms of any service.
I kindly request you to escalate this issue to higher management on an urgent basis.
