Service issue provide by wifi company

I want to fill a complaint against my wifi provider, he is not providing a good service. This is my second time that i am filling the complaint against him. Last time i did give him one more chance but he did not change his attitude. (One week ago)My wifi is not working from last 2 days and they still didn't fix the problem, i did call to him ( first day he did not respond of my massage in the morning and evening, when i did call to him he said it's late now i will fix it tomorrow) and next day he asked to his technician who came at my home with the word's that i will be there within 10 minutes and after that i did wait for him more then 2 hours, when he came home he check the wifi router for more then 1 hour and then he said problem is not here it is on other point so i am going there and i will fix your problem shortly after one hour when i did call to him he again said i will do shortly it is not a big issues just low power issue but problem was same even after two hour and then he did not pick my call, i did lots of call but he didn't reply and when he did pick my call then he said i am working on your problem, after few hours when i did call again to ask about problem then he said it's to late now we will work on it tomorrow because of it i did skip my other work, i did skip my 2 days online classes. Everytime when i do call them related to internet issue they do not response properly that is a big problem, everytime they says we are checking the problem we will let you know but after that they do not responce even they don't pick my call after that, i am not setisfy with their services and now i do not want to give them any other changes already i did give him lots of change and i just want my installation fees back from him.
I did massage him today in the morning again because of internet issue and his attitude was same he didn't response, in evening when i did call to him he said again the same thing "let me check, i will notify you shortly" and after that he did switch off his mobile, i did try so many times.
i just want internet installation money back not the recharge one.
