i have ordered car part on 13th Feb 2020 and received wrong part after follow up they shipped wrong parts late delivery on 28th Feb 2020. and when i raise for replacement of wrong parts they said pick up will done by next day from that day its more than 10 days and today is 17th March 2020 i am waiting for pick up. i am regularely follow up with Call and whatsapp massage but they only said pick up will done by today or tomorrow. today i have called customer support but they guys give me same answer it is vendor location and pick up will done by tomorrow. every time same answrr and customer support people and customer support manager Kaushik Mukherjee and Ravi Sharma both are talking with highly ill manners and unsupportive at all. Languages are very bad and i think partsbigboss not worth of this now. lastly they are said do whatever you want we cant help you. pick up will done as per vendor location and your money will refund after we receive at partsbigboss location.now i dont have options because my money stuck in partsbigboss and my order is Order #100080056. i have to wait till there convenient time rights. Very Bad and pathetic service by partsbigboss. and customer support also same.
