complaint against milon saloon for not doing proper keratin hair treatment

On 4th November I did the smoothning from this salon from Mr. Wasim he used the product called biorigin , he said me that it's aqua smoothning product but it was not mentioned on the product also ,his Co worker said me to pay for the service rs.2800 but the wasim took 3300 by saying it's aqua smoothning & took more money ..on the very first day when he did the smoothning I paid him 3300 being Happy customer then within 4 days after first wash the hairs become curly again. When I went to his salon again he said "u did smoothning from me not straightning", but in every smoothning treatment the hair become complete straight, & further he said that if you want me to do something to your hair you have to pay me again, I cant refund u n can't do anything without payment. Now the hair become messy again with curls
