Urban clap is a fraud company and also the employees are helpless

This is a complaint against Employee- Taniya from mumbai branch, she has not got any training . She does not know the way to speak to clients . The client are paying such a huge amount to the company how dare she said that you would not be getting services, is this her company !

But because of employees like Taniya , the company has to bear a huge loss.
Request to throw out such employees who dont need it even dont have any sense , either give job to a needy !!!

    I had installed ac with uc for which I paid 7200 but only 1548 was listed in the app as it was offline payment but when I asked for the receipt I never got a call back and after a week my ac started having problems so I complaint and the agent revisits and told me that I need to install stabilizer but since I was leaving town that evening I told him I’ll install next time and I came back after a week and my ac still had problems he came again but this time he told me it’s the compressor and asked me to pay 12000 for the damage but I told him I would rather buy new ac and he left after 20 mins of convincing and I called my neighbor who is also a technician and on checking he told me it’s the capacitor he changed it and charge me only 350 so just imagine the audacity of the agent trying to fool me just because I’m not specialise in this filed he tried to fool me loot money when I complain about all these uc asked me to get the receipt of the offline service to which I did after three days of constant calls here and there I received the bill in email and as promised they took my ac number and everything to refund but it’s already been a week I haven’t got refund and when I raise ticket to check they told me only 1548 can be refunded and there is no bank details added, when I insisted that I want to talk with the old agent who was taking my details he cut my call and call me back and told me it’ll take 30 to 1 hour max but they never call me it’s been 28 hour now, I have all the screenshots of the bank details that I submitted on uc link that was sent to me on messages and all the receipt for proof along with the time. Neglecting customer and giving false hope just because we are not very well versed with the law is very unfair and unprofessional it is exploiting all the consumers rights as far as I’m concerned I want to take a legal action against them please rectify my issue(UPDATE ) it has been more than a week now from the day I have requested a call back request they call and tell me that they’ll get back to me once they talk with the concerned department and they don’t after that again new agent will call and disappear what should I do for company like urban clap after charging hefty amount for pathetic service they can’t even fulfill the promise that they kept and instead keeps delaying and wasting my time even though I have put so much effort to grab their attention they don’t have even 1 % of empathy
