Dear Sir/Madam,
I had bought a washing machine from reliance digital world - Bhatar road, Surat with extra care pack on 18th October 2016. Now after 2 years i am facing working problem in my washing machine. Due to problem i had complaint on toll free from 7th November 2019, but they yet not solved my problem.
After more than 20 calls over toll free and many mail trial i am not getting service yet. Today its almost 22 days left of my compalain but didn’t get any reply and response from service center.
