MY CITY BROADBAND USERNAME IS: GABANI49.
I HAVE RECENTLY SHIFTED MY HOME AND I WANT TO SHIFT THE BROADBAND CONNECTION TO MY NEW HOME AS DISCUSSED WITH THEIR PROMOTER AT THE TIME OF ACCEPTING THE NEW CONNETION. I TRIED TO COMMUNICATE TO CITY BROADBAND, BUT UNABLE TO REACH THROUGH ANY MEDIUM. CUSTOMER CARE NUMBERS ARE SO BUSY THAT AFTER CONEECTING I'M KEPT ON HOLD FOR NEXT TEN MINUTES AND THE LINE IS THEN DISCONNECTED. AFTER MULTIPLE TRIES FOR ALMOST THREE HOURS I REALLY GOT CONNECTED TO FIND OUT THAT IT IS JUST TECHNICAL SUPPORT AND THEY DO NOT ATTEND ANY OTHER REQUEST ON THAT NUMBER. ALSO ONE OF THE OTHER PROVIDED NUMBER 8511166622 IS RINGING BUT KEPT UNATTENDED.ALSO THE NUMBER OF THE PROMOTER OF THE COMPANY WHO SOLD ME THE CITY BROADBAND CONNECTION IS UNREACHABLE OR SWITCHED OFF. ON THE WEBSITE THERE ARE OPTION FOR 'CONTACT US', 'SERVICES' AND 'COMPLAINT' TABS BUT AFTER COMPLETING THE DETAILS IT JUST FAILS TO SUBMIT ANY APPLICATION AND SHOWS NO FURTHER PROCESS. IN THESE CONDITIONS IT IS CLEAR THAT CITY BROADBAND IS A FRAUD COMPANY.

KINDLY TAKE APPROPRIATE MEAASURE TO ENSURE THAT NO OTHER PERSON FALLS TO THESE FRAUDSTERS.
