I am writing this letter to inform you that the internet connection is not working from the last few days.
I have made several calls on your number but no one genuine answered my calls. As you know I am a job holder and
most of my work is done online and for that, I need a proper internet connection throughout the day. This is not a
professional way to run a business. I am very unsatisfied with your broadband service.
