No support to relocate Blue Star Air Conditioner

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am complaining regarding Blue star and Gayathri Cool world Hyderabad.
I have bought a 1.5 Ton Blue star AC on 10-Apr-2013 based on Invoice no. 5600028186.
I have recently relocated and want my AC to also be shifted accordingly.
I have called on Blue Star Customer care (18002091177) on 10-Apr-2016 and a ticket was registered (B1604100718). I received an SMS that the technician would visit my place by 12-Apr-2016, 3:00 PM. Since then I am following up regularly with the customer care and also with Gayathri cool world (9949065577, 9949045577) about the actual visit as I am shifting other articles.
There were no proper details provided, however on 18-Apr-2016, two people visited my place and removed the bolts of the compressor and then complained that the unit is on 4 th floor and is heavy and they cannot remove it. They said they need additional support and would come the next day.
Since then, I am calling Blue Star and Gayathri cool world and all I get is that the issue will be addressed ASAP.
I am not sure if I can take the support of local technicians as Blue star may claim that the warranty is Void.
Now, all my household articles are shifted except the AC and I am requesting the consideration of the new tenant for the AC. He is not able to fix his own unit, the unit there is not usable and I and my family suffering in the heat though we have an AC.
Request to please provide some stimulus to the careless attitude of Blue Star and Gayathri cool world.
Last, but not the least, the compressor unit is hanging on 4 th floor without any nuts.
