Misuse of my car

Sir,
I have given my Chevrolet Beat KL 01 BC 9711 on 04/13/2023. I came to pick my car on 04/17/2023. I noticed that some guys were transporting car battery and other equipments in my car. I am very much disappointed and got angry that my car was misused during service period. I love my car like my own child.That guy was speeding up to extreme that heavy sound came from crank area. I thought it’s broken.This is the third time they are misusing my car. This time by God’s grace I saw it in front of my eyes.I asked the service man why you are using my car to transport garage things. He was laughing and made it as a joke and told “it’s inside the garage area. Not outside “such an irresponsible service Hope you understand the pain and agony I have gone through. His name is Mr Sivan.J. He made me sign the service paper without even seeing my car I don’t know the name of the workshop guys. They were 2 people. Moreover they made interior of my car dusty. Please take necessary action regarding this issue and kindly send me a feedback mail.
