Worst airport service

When adani got the handover, we thought the service will be better but what we got is the worst service from your end. First on arrival immigration, in a small airport i have to wait for 1 hour to clear the immigration and the main reason is there was 8 immigration counter and there was only 3to 4 staff to handle passenger of 3 to 4 flight. I doesn't even understand what kind of attitude you have to handle the passenger, one of the busiest airport is London Heathrow airport in there I doesn't have to wait for than 1 hr because they have more staff in immigration to handle the passenger. After clearing immigration next one is customs, in there also i have to wait more half an hour to clear the customs. They are also too slow the main thing is there is only one x-ray machines to screen hand luggage. Then how you gone handle passenger in a rush time. Even we are paying high airport service fee and getting the worst airport service. Atleast try to learn from how the cochin CIAL airport handle the passenger.
