Leeco fake commitment of repair

i had submitted my phone for on/off issue on 23rd january . company had mentioned me to wait for 10to 15 working days which was its policy to serve . but today is 19th working day and i havent recieved my phone repaired. everytime when i call customer service they shout at me to wait for this month end . to tell real Leeco company is making false commitment to serve their customer .
