I have purchased philips 2.1 speakers MMS2580B ON on 07 Jan 18. There is some input problems like Bluetooth connectivity, sounding problem, USB problems, and so on. So I have submitted to philips authorized Service Centre in Kothrud pune 411038 (electro care point, shop no 5,mantri Park, Tejas Nagar) . But service is still pending. Many times I calling to that service center but my problem is ignored many times likes parts are not available and persons are not there. My work order no is 8250 dtd 19jan18. Please look into matter. Thank you sir
