Faulty battery given not replaced , insisted for refund

I purchased NKPT mi max battery on 27 Sep ,delivered on 3 October 2020. The battry was faulty ,hence opted for replacement. Battery taken back for return on 06 October and expected delivery for replacement was 10 October. But I didn't receive the battery. Hence I called to Amazon on 11 October ,they replied that we will provide you replacement of battry soon and you no need to call us ,we will follow up to you. And on 12 October I received message that your product has cancelled. Hence I again called to Amazon ,they replied we can't able to give you replacement as order is already cancelled.
They removed my cancelled order from order summary but I already taken screenshot which will provide to you. They are still selling the product for higher price than I purchased. But they r not providing me the battery. I waited for many days for battery ,and suddenly they cancelled . They have wasted my time and harras me.
