Formation of Co-operative Housing Society and Its Handover

The j j builders and developers kolhapur constructed the apartment named j j dynesty apartment at E ward no. 1334 in 2018 the builder got completion certificate. As per MOFA builder must register the co-operative housing society and handover it to the flat owners but he has done the breach of duty of this service. Hence, lot of disputes are arise due to non integrity and illegal construction and illegal transactions hence, innocent are suffering also manufacturing defects in the construction found after 2 years but builder is not ready to repair it nor ready to compensate it. Hence, we pray that
1. Builder is directed to register and handover society to apartment owners.
2. To remove manufacturing defects.
3. To remove illegal constructions and illegal transactions will be punished.
4. Compensation for mental and physical damages about 3 lacs. And expenses of rs. 5000 to adjudicate this case.
