FAULTY TABLE FAN

I have purchased orient table fan (Table 27) on 20/07/2019 from Anjali Appliance from Andheri - west , For Rs.2250 with 2 years warranty
The fan started giving trouble in 9 months of purchase
1st the fan blade was broken and the cabinet got damaged which was replaced by the service person and he has damaged the inner support rode due which the fan started vibrating
with in one month the fan got completely switched off and the service person attended and fixed the problem but not done any thing about vibration
On 30/08/2020 at night the fan blade was again broken and the fan was fallen on my sleeping son at night If some thing has happened to my son does the orient taken the responsibility??????
Since then we are logged 4 calls with the customer care (C20083103026) but till know the call was not attended and every day new person from the customer care attends calls stating that the matter will be referred to their higher superiors
Got the message on mobile on 04/09/2020 the call no (C20083103026) was cancelled with out mentioning any reason ?????????????
Today ie: 05/09/2020 the call was attended by Mr.Mohammad at the call center and was rude and not fit to attend the calls of customer very very very upset with his response

Kindly take note of seriousness of the matter and give proper solution at the earliest
