Dear Sir,
My application no.6230716 on dated 22/08/2016 but till date i have not received. I have several followup to RTO office but not responding. I have register the complain no. is 161212/10 & found DL has been dispatched but i have not received. I have again regularly followup but not responding. I have again register the complain no. is 170109/13 but no response. I have again followup to RTO office to Mr. Mishra & he said computer had demanded deference amount. While fee has increase last 15 days before not august. Kindly look in to the matter & solve this quiry on urgent basis because this case is about 150 days before. I have again register the complain no. is 170119/15 but no response.

Kindly advice what can i do?
