Model - Aquasure Prime UV+UF
- AMC taken - 4th Dec. 16
- EF Service centre Promised to replace cartridges - 11th Dec. 16
- Not attended it on 11th Dec. 16, on my call, they replied that they are not having cartridges.
- Kalyan Service Centre & Technician not attending the calls & not responding therafter.
- Informed to Customer Care 3988 3333 of Eureka Forbes, on 8th Jan. 2017.
- Received SMS on 9th Jan. 17 that it will be attended shortly.
- Tilldate no technician has came to attend it. On call they are saying it will be done today or sending the technician.
- Last one & half month servicing/request is pending.
- It causes non use of purifier from last one and half month and we forced to sue bottled drinking water or use water for drinking after boiling & screening.
- Eureka Forbes is playing with health of the public.
- This has given lot of pain to me and my family and I have wasted my weekly offs in calling them.
Requesting this forum to take appropriate action on the service provider.
