Hi i am nilesh.i am apply for marriage certificate.so Document Guru Charge me RS 3000.so i transfer that money on there Official account.there were told me that ``we will give marriage certificate with in 6 days.But now its 16 days past they doesn't reply on my call OR mail.So please, i need help from your side.
