limoapp bus services defunct but wallet not refunded

I have been using private shuttle services from https://www.limoapp.in/ since March 2016 to commute to office. Limo however discontinued their services on November, 2016 with my limo wallet containing about 1740 bucks. I raised a support request to get my wallet refunded and they asked me to share my bank account details through a google web form. After I shared my bank account details, they promised me I would get a refund within a month's time. More than a month has passed since and I haven't received my money back. They no longer reply to support queries and emails. I need my money back. Please help.

    I had registered for Mumbai-based bus aggregator Limo http://limoapp.in/app parent company Raftaar Technologies. It ran well for 5 months of 2016 Jun to Oct and then they discontinued all of a sudden. they had an inbuilt-wallet where i had 665/- Rs. As per their message they would refund the money within 25 working days. It is almost 2 months now and i have not received my refund.
