Hi,
We are living in a rental flat booked via nestaway.com in Hyderabad. From 20 days we are facing water crisis and refrigerator issue, which should be resolved by nestaway as promised by them in booklet. We have raised a no. of complaints via portal regarding this, but they have not taken any action. When we call them they try to convince us, but problem is not resolved yet. I am attaching the conversation snapshot below.
We always pay the rent in advance and also deposited security money. So we are expecting the services as they promised.
