Complaint against Tikona Infinet Pvt Ltd for asking and forcing to pay money which I don't owe

I had purchased an one year subscription of tikona wifi which was supposed to end in December 2020, i was not satisfied with the service of the company, so i shifted to another brand wifi(Jio fiber) in November 2020.


I stopped using the wifi of tikona a month prior to the expiration date, the company is now constantly calling amd harassing me to pay extra money, claiming that we have used the internet more,

They tried to renew our connection without asking and so that they could take more money from us. After which i asked to discontinue my connection, which also they did not acknowledge.

This is a pure case of fraud, and harassment. I request you to take action and make sure people are not troubled like us.
