Soundlogic neckband earphone complaint againts Soundlogic company

I have purchased sound-logic voice assistant neckband in ear sports Bluetooth wireless earphone model number B07T5SMCS3 on 09th July 2019 from Amazon Now left ear phone is not working it has one year warranty.I want to claim for warranty but I am unable to reach as they have mentioned only one service center in mumbai with unreachable contact details I am trying to contact them since four days calls are not connecting also constantly trying to contact toll-free customer care but no response.
