Dear Sir,

i have purchased glamour motorcycle from gautam bikes chandkheda ahmedabad via invoice no. 10291-02-sinv-0916-3729 on dated 10/09/2018.

i am facing issue of engine overheating since last 2 month , i had visited gautam bikes for 3-4 times & get serviced two service 3 time for the same issue.
Regret to inform you that not a single percentage improvement of engine overheating issue, Due to that my right side leg was burned. i am
field person & have full dependency on my two wheeler , after lots of request to gautam bikes,they were unable to resolve the problem , on my last visit they were charged Rs. 180/-for wheel balancing which is not understandable because problem is engine overheating , as per invoice / bill copy my two wheeler is in 5 year warranty & i have faced worst/poor service from authorized service center gautam bike, chandkheda, my bike is in their custody since last 10 days but still no response from their side, request to help me out on this matter & resolve my bike issue at earliest.
