Samsung service centre, Asking to pay money "again" for the services which I already paid.

Facing issues with the display, so gave it for repairing at Samsung service center. They charged me around 5500 for the repairing which I paid, but after few days i again started facing problem with the touch, so I again went to them for repairing and fix that problem. But again after some days i started facing problems with the display so i again went to them and they told me to submit the mobile again as it was in warranty and nothing will cost me. They had my mobile for quite some time now they never call me to update on the status of cell. When i called them they said that you will have to pay again for the display and that would be 5500. I told them that I already paid for the display in the first place after which i never got satisfactory services. I have also complained about this in the Head office of Samsung - Gurgoan. My case is been handled by Akansha Agrawal. People from head office told me that they are working on it and will provide me a solution as soon as possible, but still no response from their side. Please help me.
