Complaint against Maa Padmavati Mobile Centre taken my phone and don't give it back

I have given my mobile to Maa Padmavati Mobile center, which is a company care of karbon mobiles at baraut(baghpat)U.P . I have given my handset on 5th feb,2019 and that time my handset(TITANIUM JUMBO) was haiving two months warranty left and the customer executive Mr. Ashish jain, contact no.- 7252901490) told me that u can take your phone with in 20days and when after 20-25 days i went there he told me that it will take 10 extra days to resolve your issue.
When i went there again after 1 month, he gave me my phone but still , the handset is not in working condition, then Again i visited there and submitted my phone and again same thing happened with me that he told me you can take your phone in next 15 days, after that i visited at care so many times but he gave me some irrelevant excuses every time and still after 8-9months i don't get my phone back.
I have received so many messages from company care as well but still i don't get my phone.


Please find the attachment of messages received by me from company.

Kindly take relevant action against the customer care executive.
