Repairing of LED complain against Sansui Electric for TV repearing issue

I have bought sansui led television two years ago. There is picture display problem in my TV two months before. I have called customer care but there was no proper response from the concerning person. They have given four numbers of different technicians and area manager but no one picked up the phone. No one wants to take responsibility of anything.since then I am fed up with the response of customer service.Instead of solving the problem one of the technicians suggest me to buy simple TV in place of the LED.
