I regret to inform you that I had a terrible experience with your service center at Noida. Although i am very happy with Gionee phone, yet i would never recommend any of my friends to buy gionee just because of your poor services. I submitted my phone at Noida service center on 2nd November for the replacement of charging port, As they didn't have in there service center. My job number is GC17B00008612. Every time i call them i get the same reply Wait for another 10 days. I have to travel next week and I don't have my phone with me. Please make sure to return my phone after repair within a week as i dont intend to report it further.
