I was looking for zeroB ro service center using http://zerob.ro-service-delhi-ncr.com/. Then service center help line contact me and make me ready for 1 year AMC (Annual Mantaince) in 4000 RS, Same day they have sent a person, who took 2000 Rs of advanced from with My zeroB RO machine. He told me to return machine within 2 days. After 2 days I was tried to rich at given number but every time they gave some excuse like technician family issue etc. It was almost 14 days and I was also trying call. At sudden they told, they are not able to repair my machine as per ZEROB company standard beside they will make change, so machine will work as normal RO.
Then I knew, this guys has misguide me by the name of ZEROB RO (http://zerob.ro-service-delhi-ncr.com/), also they demand me to pay rest of amount in advance. As I was already suffered from last 15 days. They refused to return my advanced money and RO Machine but after making many calls they said. it will returned in next 24 to 48 yours. Now that time also has passed and these center guys does not understand my problem and take not taking seriously.

I request to help, so my advanced pay 2000 + my RO machine return (13000) will return as soon as.
