We called them to change the candle of our water purifier and they explained that our purifier is not working properly and we should install their purifier. We had installed their purifier and according to their company's policy, the first service was free of cast and due within three months. But they did not provided the first service by themselves. We are relocating and wanted to re install the purifier but now they are not taking our calls and stalling us.
