Request 95127016 for fresh installation of product 'AquaSure from Aquaguard Elegant RO water purifier' opened. Every time I call customer care, they will give false promises and false dead lines. We bought this for our new home in second floor. Because of this delay my aged parents have to carry drinking water to the 2nd floor. I contacted eurekaforbes via phone, email, their website but no response
